Queens County Farm

silver_chipmunkSlept late but did actually get up in the morning. Was puttering on the computer when I got a call from mashfanficchick who I was not expecting to hear from today. But she had decided not to do what she had been planning to do, and instead wanted to know if I wanted to come with her, her mother, and Theo to the Queens County Farm? Of course I did.
So that's what we did, for about an hour or so, seeing goats, chickens, sheep, pigs, steers, and horses, and getting to feed the goats and sheep. It was fun.
Then we st off taking Theo back to New Jersey. On the way I called the FWiB, and we talked. He had a good day with visiting relatives.
When we got to NJ we went to dinner at a poke place, which was delicious. Because nothing says day at the farm like raw fish on rice. After dinner we went to a very good ice cream place that I don't remember the name of. But it's a chain and very good.
Then we delivered Theo to his parents and returned home. Tomorrow the electricians come.
