Still sick but better

silver_chipmunkI ventured outside today, to Dunkin' Donuts because I had nothing for breakfast.
But I do feel better finally. I've been reading during the day, not just napping. I;ve been reading one of the books I got for Christmas, The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers. It is delightful. I may finish it tonight.
Aside from that, I Skyped the FWiB, and we talked for awhile. And I puttered on line a bit. And that's all.
I think that Sybil is coming down with a feline version of a cold or something, she's been sneezing. I Hope it doesn't get worse than that. She and ores had an unfortunate interaction this morning which I was crazy enough to get in the middle of, and I got my hand rather badly punctured. He must have hit a minor artery or something because although it wasn't bad, it bled copiously.
mashfanficchick called and we made plans for new years Eve shopping tomorrow.
