Work was OK, nothing special. The Kid texted me a petition for a fourth season of Daredevil which of course I signed. We exchanged a few texts, nothing major.
After work I went to the main part of Flushing and went hopping at Duane Reade. Got some stuff I needed, including a get well card for Laurie. Had some trouble with the checkout, the card reader at the register where I checked out didn't read my card. I had to move over to another register, have then ring everything up again, and use that card reader. Very annoying.
Came home and Skyped the FWiB. Nice conversation.
Then I downloaded the second in the trilogy of science fiction thatmashfanficchick got me the first one (Long Journey to a Small Angry Planet) for Christmas. I've been reading it, it's just as good as the first one, but different.
Tomorrow i have no plans. This is a good thing.
