My essay was turned down

silver_chipmunkBecause although he said it was a very good standard review, that isn't what the book is looking for. So I'll have to write something else. I'm beginning to get an idea, I'll start writing again tomorrow.
Aside from that, the day was not so good. I missed my bus this morning, the next one never showed, and the one after that was ten minutes late so I was a half hour late for work. I did the teen lounge, and I did get a very good number, 18, but they were kind of rowdy and out of control.
One good thing, the Kid called me, she had a job interview today, which she thinks went quite well.
Skyped the FWiB after work. No news on him getting out of the nursing home yet, and there seems to be some paperwork that they didn't know they needed to file.
Went to Carvel but not dinner withmashfanficchick and her mother.
Read Dear Rachel Maddow by Adrienne Kisner, which is gut-wrenchingly good.

3. Good books.
4. Ice cream.
5. The Kid.
6. Bed soon.
