Meeting night

silver_chipmunkWork was OK, did the laptop program with the teens. The AC is doing something weird so it's cool but humid. Everything feels slightly limp, damp, or sticky.
After work I got caught in the rain cause I didn't bring my umbrella. Got quite wet on the way to the bus stop. Skyped the FWiB, he's doing OK except for the damn coughing. The lack of sleep is really starting to affect him.
Ate dinner at Burger King. Got a text message from J. She is doing OK and hopes to get back to the meeting at some point.
The meeting was good, if somewhat small. I chaired.
After work got a call frommashfanficchick, we are taking Dani for a surprise for her birthday, going to see Third Eye Blind at Jones beach Theater. We have the tickets now, all is set. I need to make sure I have time off.
And that's the way it is.
