Group anniversary

This was the 49th anniversary of my Tuesday night meeting. So the day was largely spent making preparations.

I got up fairly early for a vacation day and showered and dressed. Then went out and bought milk and came home and coffeed and breakfasted. Puttered on line, and motivated myself to take out three bags of recycling.

I Skyped the FWiB for a very long time. He has chemo tomorrow.

Then at 4:00 mashfanficchick and her mother picked me up. We went to lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings and then shopped at Target for the stuff for the anniversary.

Then they took me to the church just as J was getting there. So the two of us set up and had most iverything done by the time everyone else arrived.

It was very small. Next year we have got to do better about getting it announced and get people invited. But it was fun, and I won three items in the raffle.

Anyway, I'm home now, and will soon get ready for bed. Oreo is still sneezing, but I think he's better.
