silver_chipmunkLast night before bed I finished the Tanya Huff omnibus, and downloaded the next in the series to my Nook. It's called Heart of Valor.
This morning I got up and had coffee. Then I tossed on some sweatpants and went down to the discount store where I got milk and orange juice, and came home and had breakfast. Then I paid my bills that have been waiting til payday from the first of the month, and generally puttered on the computer.
Heard frommashfanficchick that they'd be bringing my rice pudding from Stew Leonard's over between 3 and 3:30, so I took a shower and washed my hair, got dressed, and lay down in the bedroom and read til three. Then I got my shoes on and went and waited for them.
Not a half hour after they left, she called and said they were going out to dinner with Dori and did I want to come? I said yes, because it was still pretty early and I though I'd make it to my meeting on time, and the FWiB was playing Scrabble, so there was no Skyping. So they picked me up, and then Dori, and we went to Friday's.
It took longer than I expected, so I was late to my meeting by a lot. They took me to 20th to get the bus from there. I didn't make the beginner's meeting at all, but I made the main meeting. It was small, just me and L. But good.
Then I came home and I'm now waiting for Oldest Brother to call.
