Very quiet day

silver_chipmunkI made it to work on time, and I worked. Nothing much to say about the day.
After work I tried to Skype the FWiB, but couldn't get through, so I called. The I Skyped when I got home, and all-in-all we had a good conversation.
Calledmashfanficchick to talk about tomorrow, she's supposed to call me back but hasn't yet. I guess I'll have to call her back.
Texted the Kid, and had a bit of conversation with her. Nothing much new, unfortunately.
The day is nasty and rainy, and I got home with wet feet. I put on the Sherpa slipper-socks that Oldest Brother gave me for Christmas and my feet feel much better.
Tomorrow is the end of 2019. Good riddance, for the most part. It has not been a great year.

2. Oldest Brother's Sherpa socks.
3. The chocolate cookies we got at work as a gift.
4. Warm apartment.
5. The Kid.
6. No wildfires here like in other parts of the world.
