Got the bus by the skin of my teeth. Then discovered that I had been scheduled 9 to 5 for some reason, meaning I was in fact almost an hour late.

Things got better later in the day. I did the Teen Lounge, and got 13 kids. So that was good. And because I had been scheduled at 9, I got to leave at 5.

So I met

mashfanficchick and her mother at 20th Ave, and we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Then as we were driving to Carvel, I got a call from the Kid. Could we bring her some Carvel? So we said yes, and after enjoying our sundaes we took hers over to her in Astoria. She didn't have to good a day, so this was a cheerup visit.

After that they brought me home, and there was just enough time for the FWiB to Skype me to say good night. So that was nice.

And now I'm waiting for Oldest Brother to call.
