Brunch day

silver_chipmunkI got up in time to have gotten myself to mashfanficchick's place if her mother hadn't been going to pick me up, but she did, so I had a lot of extra time on my hands which I used to Skypedthe FWiB.
Then they picked me up, and we went to the Torchwood brunch. It was delicious, I got the baked truffle eggs, and for dessert a Nutella, ricotta and walnut calzone. I did something rather stupid, drank far too many mmosas. I rarely drink, but when I do, I can go to excess. Which is why I rarely drink. Anyway. Maritza refilled my glass when I knew I really should have stopped. Then, I am embarrassed to admit, I barfed.
After we left,mashfanficchick, Maritza, and I ended up in a Starbucks across the street and hung out for awhile. Then Maritza left, and we went back to mashfanficchick's place.
We watched Stargate: Atlantis until Amazon Prime stopped working, and we couldn't see the end of the pilot. So it was getting late by then and I was completely sober, so I came back home.
On the way home I bought dinner from Burger King. I had wanted to get a Popeye's chicken sandwich but they were out. Came home, fed the cats and turtle, and then ate while I called Oldest Brother.
And that was the day. A really nice one except for the barfing.
