Good but tiring day

silver_chipmunkMade the bus on time despite oversleeping, so I made it to work on time. Did stuff in the morning, then the Kid texted during lunch.
At 3:30 I had a program that I put together myself... nothing spectacular, just button-making with the button-maker the Powers That Be got for us. But I did it all, and it turned out very successful... even though I did exaggerate the number a little. Very tiring though because I was standing the whole time.
After work I Skyped the FWiB, and we talked through Flushing, where I got dinner, a Popeye's chicken sandwich. And then I went to my meeting, which was very good.
Got a ride home and discovered that the copy of Nova I ordered for the Kid had arrived. So that's good.
