Reading Day

silver_chipmunkI finished The Museum of Desire last night, and I didn't want to wait to get hold of the one before it that I missed, The Wedding Guest, so I looked it up and discovered that the Nook version was only $9.99, so I downloaded it. I read the first chapter, and then went to bed.
Today I slept late, then got up and made coffee. Then I tossed on clothes, and went to Dunkin' Donuts for brunch.
Came home, and Skyped the FWiB, after he finished playing Scrabble. We didn't talk to long, but a reasonable conversation.
Then I changed the water in the turtle tank. I'm not sure I really should have, all the gunk had settled and the water was pretty clear. Now it's all been kicked up again, and once again the water is murky. The trouble is the siphon I use gets the water out, but not the heavier gunk. Oh well, the filter gets some of it too. I should have cleaned the filter while I was at it, but I didn't.
Anyway, after I did that, I went into the bedroom and read The Wedding Guest for the rest of the day, except for when I had dinner. I have finished now. I enjoyed both the books very much.
I also did textmashfanficchick to see how she was doing, Still sick, still feels cruddy. Hope she gets better soon!
