Day 30: Ridiculously long training

I slept later than usual this morning, and then got up, did coffee and breakfast and the usual reading I do on the computer, and then started a training on google sheets. It was three and a half hours long!!! The previous trainings have each been about an hour and a half. There's no way I remember most of it, and most of it wasn't relevant to what I do anyway. But I did it.
During the training, I did take a brief pause for a call from the Kid. Not long though. When I finally finished I relaxed awhile, then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice talk.
When we were done I called Oldest Brother (I had called him in the morning too). I am happy to say that he is sounding much better, not only physically but mentally as well.
Then I got another call from the Kid (I had called her and left a message) and we talklled a little more.
I made a seamless order for dinner, Mexican tonight. Not awfully authentic I don't think, but tasty. Then I got ready for the Thurber reading.
The seamless order came just before the Thurber reading started, which made me happy, but then I got a phone call when it was about halfway through. It was M from my Tuesday night meeting though so I didn't mind too much. It was good to hear from her and know she's OK.
After the Thurber reading I went and lay down and read the Anne Perry I've been working on. It's gotten... well, it's over written, and has plot holes. I was enjoying it, but now I'm starting to get bogged down.
Anyway, I made my third call to Oldest Brother and we actually had a nice chat.
Then I fed the cats and turtle, and then called
mashfanficchick. It was nice hearing her again. We talked for about an hour, and when I got off I found John had texted me to find out how Oldest Brother was. I answered him, and that brings us up to the current time.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Oldest Brother continues to improve.
3. The Kid.
4. Friends.
5. Seamless.
6. Family.
