Day 93: The end is near

I can't give any details because they aren't released to the public yet, but I now know when I should be returning to work. So that's something. details as they are released.

Aside from that, today I went to the "Unpacking Dewey" training, which was sort of pointless as I knew more about it than the trainer. She should have gotten someone from Cataloging to sub in.

Then I Skyped the FWiB, which was fun as always. And then I worked some on my Youth Tech project for the week.

At 4:00 I had a webinar on the Census. I hope you all (Americans, that is) have filled out your census! It's IMPORTANT!

After that I called the Kid and told her the news about returning to work. We talked for a bit about stuff, and then I got a Skype again from the FWiB, because I had wanted to talk to him about something. I have decided to cancel the week of annual leave I have in July, when I was going to see him, since I had to cancel the trip, and reschedule it in September, when there is, luckily, a week no one already has annual leave, and hope that I can make the trip then.

Then I had my Al-anon meeting on Zoom. It worked out pretty well.

Dinner after that, and then I read for awhile, waiting for Oldest Brother to call.

So that's what I've been up to today.

Thanks! Yeah, they have us pretty thoroughly covered. It should be safe. I'm more concerned about getting there and home on the bus, but I'll be masked and gloved, so I should be OK.
