It was Monday all day

Not that it was actually a bad day or anything, just... Monday.

I was a good girl and worked pretty much the whole day at one thing or another. During my lunch break, Oldest Brother called with an update on Aunt Helen, which is that she's in the hospital but doing well. I called the Kid and told her, and we talked a bit.

During my break I read one of the InCryptid short stories. I took a Lynda.com training on google meet, in preparation for the book discussion I want to hold.

After work I Skyped the FWiB, and we had a nice talk. After that, I ordered dinner through Seamless, and got a gyro for the first time since May. I didn't realize it had been so long.

There was no Thurber reading, so I went back to reading InCryptid short stories on the computer til a little after 9, then went into the bedroom to wait for Oldest Brother to call.

I fed the pets, and that brings us up to now.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Aunt Helen is apparently doing OK.

3. Got the shipping notice for the next Jim Butcher Harry Dresden book, which I had preordered and which is being released tomorrow.

4. The kid.

5. Good dinner.
