Day spent mostly on the phone

silver_chipmunkWell not really. I was woken up by a phone call from the Kid, and we talked for awhile. Then I got up and had breakfast and coffee, and after that I went back into the bedroom to write the three letters I had planned on. That was to Aunt Hlen, Dani, and mashfanficchick.
Then I Skyped the FWiB, and we had a nice talk.
After that I was hungry so I heated up the leftovers from yesterday's Korean dinner and had that for lunch.
And then the Kid called again, and we spent the next five or six hours on the phone. What we do is, we put each other on speaker, and do our daily stuff with the phone going.
I bagged up my recyclables, and then I finally did something I've needed to do for ages, I went thought the pile of shoes in my bedroom and got rid of the ones that are falling apart.
After that I went and did my dishes, and after that I started going through my desk drawers.
Then I put my dishes away, and tried to see if there was a Thurber reading. There wasn't, I guess he's quit doing it. Sadness. I used my sealing wax and seal on the letters I wrote, and I ordered more sealing wax.
Finally I made and ate dinner, and then went into the bedroom and plugged my phone in because as may be imagined, it was getting low in battery (remember I was talking to the Kid during all of this.)
We chatted until Oldest brother called. At which poinnt I put her on hold to talk to him, but she hung up. I'll call back in awhile I think, just to say good night.
And that was my day.
