Meeting night

silver_chipmunkWorked from home today. I spent most of it watching vaguely work-related TED talks, and I read a little of the sequel to the summer reading book I read, Akata Witch. The sequel is Akata Warrior. The Kid called a couple of times during the day. Today is her anniversary, and she wasn't doing to well.
After work I caught up with my internet reading, and hen Skyped the FWiB at 6:00. He's doing well. The Kid called just before we finished, and we talked a bit and then I told her I'd call her back after.
So I did, while I was having dinner, and we talked until I had to get off for my Al-anon meeting by Zoom.
The meeting was very good except that we forgot it should have been a step meeting so we'll have to do that next week.
After the meeting I ate the last of my ice cream, and then went and read the Lord of the Rings until Oldest Brother called. Or actually, until just before I thought he was going to call, and then I played solitaire until he actually did.
We have made plans to take Middle Brother out on Saturday. We're going to a park, so we don't need to worry about the virus as long as we keep socially distant.
Anyway, that's about all. Oh, a deliveryman tried to deliver a pizza here while I was Skyping the FWiB. Don't know where he was actually going, but I didn't order it.
Back to the branch to work tomorrow.
