Busy day

Did various work things during the day, including two live programs and a bunch of short recorded book buzzes.

The kid called me right after one of them and we talked a bit. She is worried and depressed.

After work I Skyped the FWiB. He goes back to the oncologist tomorrow for a check-up to make sure he's still in remission. Say a prayer, those who will.

Then I had another Tolkien chat, this time specifically on the Hobbit. That was a lot of fun.

After that I had dinner and then went to the bedroom and called the Kid again. She was a little better.
Then I played solitaire until it was time to call Middle Brother. He is doing well.

Then I went and turned on Kenny and Tommy's Live Jukebox and puttered on line while I was waiting to call Oldest Brother. He went in to apply for low income senior housing today.

And surprise, surprise! I heard from Richard, the guy who I thought ghosted me. He asked how I was, and after a bit I answered, and he hasn't responded. Oh well.
