silver_chipmunkThe day started with a call from my therapist, so that was good.
After that I puttered on the computer and then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice long talk.
And then I called the Kid, and we spoke for a bit.
Oh, I discovered that my attempt to pay my T-Mobile bill hadn't gone through, the website still said I owed it and the money had never been taken from my bank account, so I paid that again. This time I was successful in getting my credit card entered as a payment method, so hopefully I won't have any more trouble with that. I also paid my Spectrum bill.
I got the new "save the date" card from Matt and Julie. They have now had to reschedule to March. The day after my birthday, actually.
Then I did various things. I Draino'd my bathroom sink, and it runs much better now. I took three buckets of water out of the turtle tank and replaced them with clean water. I put up some Halloween decorations. I got the form about Middle Brother's cable TV filled out and ready to mail. I set up the next 20 meetings for my Tuesday Al-anon meeting, and contacted my group members to tell them, and posted it on the Al-anon site. And I looked up Boston Market Thanksgiving menus, because it looks like we're going to have to go that route this year.
After all that I puttered on my phone until it was time for my Friday Al-anon meeting. Which went very well.
After that I had dinner and ice cream, and then waited for Oldest Brother to call.
Then I fed the pets, and here I am.
Gratitude List:

4. Going to see the cousins and Aunt Helen on Sunday.
