Happy Halloween!

silver_chipmunkWell, it's 11:59 as I type this so Halloween is almost over, but I hope everyone had a good one. I did.
Got up and breakfasted and showered and dressed. Oldest Brother made it here by 2:00, and we had a good time hanging out. We watched the Disney version of Sleepy Hollow, and then went down to Dunkin' Donuts for... donuts of course. Got half a dozen. Saw two little kids in costume, so that was nice. I wore my cat ears and Halloween face mask.
Got back and called the Kid, but she didn't answer. Left a message.
We fuddled around with Pandora, getting some Halloween music on, and then Oldest Brother took a nap and I Skyped the FWiB. At 6, we changed the lightbulb in my bathroom, and sent out for dinner from Seamless, Italian, from the same place that I ordered before. While it came we watched The Nightmare Before Christmas. The food got here and we paused it and ate. The Kid called, and we had a nice but brief talk.
After dinner we went and finished the Nightmare Before Christmas, and then had dessert, which was pumpkin pie, just one piece each. Lovely filling but the crust was tough.
At a bit after 9, we had one of the donuts each and sang the silly little Halloween songs Mom used to sing to us on Halloween. And then we got ready for Oldest brother to leave. And just then he got a phone call from Denise, asking if he'd had any luck finding a place to live. She might know some people to help.
At 10 I put on the live re-enactment of the Rocky Horror Picture show for the benefit of the Wisconsin Democrats that I donated to. It was the same deal as the Princess Bride, you donated and they sent you the link. It was a lot of fun but very sad to see Tim Curry's condition. Oldest Brother stayed for the opening number but then he had to leave to go home. He called me when he got in.
And now Halloween is over for another year.
