Ignoring the election returns

Got up ths morning an hour early in case I had a long wait at the poll. Made myself coffee with breakfast which I don't usually do on days I'm going in to work because I make coffee there. But I figured if I was going to have to wait I should be fortified.

However I didn't have to wait, not very long at any rate. Everything was peaceful and friendly and i got the all-important "I Voted" sticker.

Got to work very early and puttered on my work computer til people showed up. Then i worked a normal day and nothing much to say about it.

Came home and Skyped the FWiB. We couldn't talk too long because I had my Al-anon meeting at 8:00. That went quite well.

After that I had dinner and went to the bedroom to wait for Oldest Brother to call, which he did. We talked, and then I came out to the living room and had my dessert of ice cream. Now I'm waiting three more minutes before I feed Oreo and Christie.

I am ignoring the election returns. I'll find out tomorrow what happened. But I am nervously hopeful.

I'm still ignoring the election returns. I put on FB that unless someone concedes, I don't want to hear about it.
