Fallow Day

silver_chipmunkIt is Oldest Brother's birthday, but since i couldn't see him in person, I decided, with his agreement, to keep his birthday present for when I can see him and give it to him. So I slept late, and stayed inside. It was rainy anyway.
So I got up and ate breakfast and coffee, and puttered on the computer, and then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice long time, and then I had some cheese and crackers for lunch. After some thought I decided to watch The Expanse. I ended up watching three episodes finally, interspersed with a Shipt delivery and some dozing in bed, and calling Oldest Brother for the second time, and the Kid calling. She called Oldest Brother today which made him very happy.
After The Expanse I had dinner, then went to the bedroom and played solitaire till it was time to call Middle Brother. He is doing fine. Then I read till I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and the Kid again. Finally I read till it was time to feed the pets.
I also put in an order with Petco for more turtle food.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Able to stay home.
3. Oldest Brother doing well.
4. The kid.
5. Middle Brother OK.
6. Easter candy.
