I got up late today and had breakfast and coffee. Then I showered. While I was getting undressed the phone rang and it was to make my appointment for the manditory Covid test, which is Friday at 11:40. Then I showered and dressed, and I Skyped the FWiB.

We talked for a nice long time, then I went to the bedroom meaning to read but ended up dozing instead. I had something to eat at 3:00. and then I waited for

mashfanficchick and zer mother to pick me up.

The traffic was awful but we made it to Long Island Jewish on time for my appointment. First I did a while bunch of paperwork, and then they took me in and did a whole physical exam including an EKG. And they took a blood test too.

I still don't know what time the surgery will be, they'll call me Sunday before 3 with that information. But I do know that I won't be staying the night, which is a Good Thing.

After I finished there, we went to the local Apple store because

mashfanficchick was having trouble with zer phone. And after that we went for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. I thought there might be time to have dinner and get home for my meeting, but there wasn't so I called S and m and cancelled it.

Had a good dinner, then went to Target for some things. And then they brought me home and here I am.

Called Oldest Brother and the Kid, and fed the pets, and all is well for now.
