I need chemo.

I got up and called them to find out if the test results were in; they were. So

mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up and took me there. And the upshot was that the test values were such that chemo is indicated. I am also going to need a CAT scan, a bone scan, and some kind of heart test I never heard of. After that they arranged for me to see the surgeon again, because she is going to have to put a port in me.

I am going to lose my hair, the oncologist was frank about that. It will, of course, grow back, but I will lose it. The Kid is going to knit me head coverings to wear.

After the appointment we went to Chopt for lunch, and then back to

mashfanficchick's place to do some work. That got cut short as a fuse kept blowing in her apartment. Meanwhile I ran my meeting on Zoom from zer computer. Which was only marginally successful.

After that we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and then Shop Rite. And then home where I fed the pets and am now doing this.
