My fitbit won't work

Very frustrating. Spent an hour and a half with their support and about the same amount of time woth the Kid tonight, and no luck.

And I forgot to call Middle Brother, and he didn't call me so I don't know what's up.

And it's late so I'm going to leave this now. Skyped the FWiB, called Oldest Brother, worked.
