9/11: The Wicked Day 20 Years On
Sep. 11th, 2021 10:09 pmSeems surrealistic that it's been twenty years since that awful day. I'm not going to dwell on it, I have written and posted my recollections many times.
I got a jolt every time I saw or wrote the date, but aside from that, it was a fairly normal day. I had a program but no one came.
Work was unexpectedly busy at times. School starts Monday, I'm not looking forward to that.
After work I got a bus very quickly, and got home early.
mashfanficchick texted, they should have the car back by Monday afternoon!
I called Oldest Brother, and then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice long call.
Then I had dinner, and then puttered around till it was time to call Oldest Brother again. And then I called the Kid, who has started a facebook page for her yarn shop, The Crafty Clotheshorse. If you're on facebook, please go to her page and like it!
Anyway, that's about all.
Gratitude list:
1. The FWiB.
2. The Kid.
3. Beautiful weather.
4. Fall flowers.
5. Facebook.
6. My pets.
