Restful day

silver_chipmunkI got up around 9:30 which is fairly reasonable for me. And then I managed to download the Barnes and Noble preorder of Paladin's Hope to my Nook that I've been struggling with for two days. That makes three books on my Nook and one physical book that I have in my TBR pile.
So I got up and had breakfast and puttered on the computer for awhile. I textedmashfanficchick to find out if they were up to anything today, and the answer was no, so I was on my own.
I went and finished reading Magic Bites. It's pretty good, I'll keep the author in mind for future reading. After I finished it I got dressed and took out the garbage and some boxes for recycling. I went around the corner to Dunkin' Donuts and got a sandwich, pumpkin spice latte, and pumpkin donut for lunch, then came back and ate it.
Puttered on-line some more, and put in a Shipt order, then Skyped the FWiB at 5-ish, after calling Oldest Brother for the second time. The Shipt order was delivered while we were Skyping, so I put that away.
After we finished Skyping, I went and started one of the books on my Nook, Briarheart, the new Mercedes Lackey. It's fun. I read until 8:30 when I called Middle Brother. He's doing fine. Then I had dinner, and then called Oldest Brother for the third time. I called the Kid too but she still didn't answer.
Played solitaire and read until it was time to feed the pets, and now I'm doing this. All-in-all a pretty relaxing day.
