My book discussion today was a bust

silver_chipmunkThe one kid who was signed up didn't show. I waited 15 minutes and then closed it up. Bummer.
We had another incident with a patron who didn't want to wear a mask and got nasty when told he had to. Most are so good about it though.
Aside from that, I went to the YA Programing chat, which was fine.
came home and called Oldest Brother for the second time. He has a cough that I'm worried about. Not sure what to do.
Skyped the FWiB. The Kid called while we were Skyping, and I talked to her a bit, then went back to the Skype. Then I had dinner.
After dinner I went to the bedroom and called Middle Brother. He is fine, I assume he did not have Covid because he went out yesterday.
After that I calledmashfanficchick just to see how she was. She's OK. Then I called Oldest Brother again, and then I called the Kid. We talked long enough that I didn't think there was time to watch an episode of Sense8.
I made the hot chocolate thatmashfanficchick gave me fro Christmas in the penguin mug she gave me, and ate the cookie that went along with them. That was my dessert, which I had after I fed the pets.
Last night I took a brief while before bed to start reading the book I have on my Nook, the next book in the Invisible Library series (not to be confused with the Unwritten Library books, that I just finished the first of) which looks like it's going to be pretty good. I will read a little more tonight.

Edited to add: I forgot to say I got a Christmas card today from the Rices. That was nice.
