Yesterday and Today

silver_chipmunkYesterday, I Skyped briefly with the FWiB in the morning, and then mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up and we went and got food from Taco Bell. We did some food shopping in Stop and Shop, and then picked up my prescriptions from Rite Aid. Then we went to Target and did some shopping, and then stopped at Starbucks.
We had a three way conversation with the Kid on speaker-phone, which was nice.
Finally we went back tomashfanficchick's place, and by then it was almost time for Lonestar. So we watched that, and afterward ze made dinner, pork loin, roasted carrots, and mashed potatoes. Very delicious.
Then we had some conversation, and finally we all went to bed.
This morning I got up and made myself instant coffee, then showered and dressed, and, after a stop at Starbucks, they took me to my doctor's appointment with the surgeon for a checkup. She told me to come back in six months, and I have to have a mammogram in April. But so far everything looks good I guess.
Then, since it was Taco Tuesday on 2/22/22 we decided to have tacos for lunch. After trying a few places that didn't have gluten free stuff for zer, we found a place and got some very delicious pork tacos.
Then they brought me home, and I forgot to ask them for help in bringing my laundry home, so because it was raining heavily, I didn't get it.
I Skyped the FWiB for awhile, and then killed time until my Al-anon meeting. The meeting went well.
After that I called the Kid because she called me during the meeting. We talked for about an hour, and then I called Oldest Brother for the third time.
Fed the pets, and had a snack.
And now I'm doing this.
Gratitude List:
