Doctor visit

silver_chipmunkSpent the early part of the day puttering around and Skyping the FWiB. We Skyped for about two hours, so that was fun.
Then I took a shower and dressed, andmashfanficchick's mother picked me up for my trip to the doctor. mashfanficchick wasn't feeling well and needed more sleep.
The doctor was very nice, didn't say a thing about the fact I haven't been to see him in a year. He's sent me for bloodwork and told me to come back in three months, and says I need to lose weight and get more exercise.
After that we picked upmashfanficchick and went to a chicken place. I got a quarter of a chicken with yellow rice and mango salad. Very yummy. We ate in zer father's office, and after we ate, i read and edited some 911 fanfic ze wrote.
Called Oldest Brother three times, and Middle Brother. The Kid called me and I told her I'd call when I got home, which I did.
Getting up early tomorrow. Bed soon. Still watching the situation in Ukraine with fear and sorrow.
