Staff Soiree

silver_chipmunkWe worked 9 to 5 today in order to get to the staff soiree at 6. I went to the YA Chat, and I had the music trivia program, but my teen didn't show up.
Anyway at 5 we closed and I went with Lauren to the soiree. Her husband drove us, and her son was along for the ride, an interesting experience. The soiree was fun, good food, loud music, wine and beer. I had white wine, and a lot of food I shouldn't have, but I decided that there was no use trying to count carbs today.
It ended at 9, and I took the subway and bus home, Made it by 10 amazingly enough. Called Oldest Brother for the third time, and called the Kid (I called Middle Brother while I was there)
Then I Skyped the FWiB, who is feeling much better after getting to the dentist today.
Now time for bed. 9 to 5 tomorrow.
