Another one of those mornings

silver_chipmunkBut I am getting better. I made it in to work by 10:10, so only a little over an hour late. The day was pretty quiet. I organized my summer craft supplies, mostly.
Came home and called Oldest Brother for the second time. The FWiB has relatives visiting him so we were out of touch for most of the day.
I put in a Shipt order, and when it came unpacked it and put it away. Then just as I was starting to make dinner I heard from the FWiB. So after I ate, I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and then Skyped the FWiB for a little while. Then I called the Kid, but she didn't pick up.
And then it was time to feed the pets and write here.
Two rather horrid things about the day, there was a dead pigeon on the building steps last night and still there this morning, and even worse, there was a dead cat beside the bus shelter of my bus stop. Very upsetting.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Obliging boss.
3. Bed soon.
4. Beautiful flowers.
5. Shipt.
6. Someone removed the dead pigeon.
