Shoe shopping after work

silver_chipmunkI made it to work on time, just barely made the bus, and then there was traffic, but I made it.
The day passed uneventfully, and towards the end I got a text frommashfanficchick that ze was going shoe shopping this evening and did I want to come? Why yes, yes I did.
So we met at 20th Ave, after I waited almost but not quite as long for the bus as yesterday. I called Oldest Brother for the second time from there while I was waiting for them, and actually got through again. They still have not fixed the ringer on his phone, and I have heard nothing from my message yesterday. So tomorrow I try calling the social worker.
But anyway, they picked me up and we went to DSW. and ze found a pair of shoes that work for what ze needs.
I called Middle Brother at that point and spoke to him, and I tried calling Oldest Brother for the third time but didn't get through.
We went to Red mango for frozen yogurt for dinner, and that was delicious. They they brought me back, and I briefly Skyped the FWiB. Also called the Kid but she didn't pick up.
And now it's time for bed.
