Another relaxing vacation day

Again I slept late, and then had brunch and coffee. Brunch being my usual Cheerios, of course.

Then I Skyped the FWiB for a nice long time. Fun as always.

After that I pulled myself together and bagged up all the recycling and took it out. There was a lot; the kitchen looks a lot better now.

Then I read for several hours, still reading the Bujold Penric and Desdemona stories. I finished Penric's Mission and came out to putter on the computer. I was going to ave dinner at 8 when, just a few minutes before, I realized it was Wednesday, D&D night!

So I logged in just in time and we played until just before 10. We killed a black pudding, and rescued the villagers from the goblins and scared off the goblins.

Then I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and called the Kid, but she didn't pick up. Probably asleep by now since she was working today.

I had dinner, and now I'm here.

I have plans for tomorrow. I'm going to visit Oldest Brother in the morning, and in the evening I'm going out to Merrick for a private showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I won't be back till quite late since the show starts at 9:30 and then after I have to get back home.
