Morning meeting

silver_chipmunkGot up at 6:00 for the system-wide back-to-School meeting today. Made it to the site by a little after 8:00 which was pretty good since it was starting unofficially at 8:30, or officially at 9:00. It was pretty interesting, and nice to be at an in-person meeting, but gee, I know no one by sight any more.
Anyway, after the meeting, which included breakfast, I went back to the branch, and worked for the rest of the day.
Then I went to Boston Market as usual for Friday, today I had a crispy chicken BLT sandwich, which was OK but not great. I called Oldest Brother and the Kid, neither answered which was disturbing. So I went to wait for my Al-anon meeting, and called both again and this time they both did answer. So that was OK. I Skyped the FWiB for a bit before the meeting too,
The meeting was good. And this week the bus showed up when it was supposed to so I got home on time. Called Oldest Brother again, and the Kid, who didn't answer, but i didn't expect her too as she was with Vincent.
Skyped the FWiB again, and then started here. And now to hurry up and finish and get to bed.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. My Al-anon meetings and the people there.
3. Bed soon.
4. Made it to the meeting on time.
5. Saw a pure white pigeon with a flock of regular ones. Perfectly white.
6. Payday and the overtime I got for that Saturday.
