Started the day by a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, and coffee, at the bagel shop. Then I went to my Al-anon meeting at Bowne Park. I didn't go out afterward because I couldn't get a ride home, so I got a ride from the park from M.
Came home and gave the turtle her injection. It was easier than I had feared, but I did make one mistake, I accidentally squirted some of the dose out the needle while I was adjusting it. I hope I didn't lose to much. I'll have to be more careful for the next shot (which is Tuesday). She still isn't eating, but she is very active so I'm hoping that's a good sign.
Then I had the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat. The episode was Lady Blue. Lots of really good stuff in that one. Then we chatted for hours afterward.
After the chat was over, I Skyped the FWiB. We talked for a nice long time, then I had dinner.
I called the Kid, who had another good day at the shop, and she told me the good news that the Democrat won in Nevada, making our control of the Senate secure. Now if we can keep Georgia, we'll have an edge. Fingers crossed for the House.
And that was the day. Tomorrow I have my phone conversation with Laurie, and I have to go see Oldest Brother. Not sure how I'll work everything. But I'll manage.
