Didn't do much today
Nov. 20th, 2022 10:50 pmSlept latish and then stayed in bed for a long time cuddling the cat. Finally got up and had breakfast, or rather, brunch.
Made some phone calls, that were pretty much pointless, though I did leave a message for the social worker at the nursing home about having Oldest Brother ready to go out on Thanksgiving. I tried to make a reservation for the wheelchair taxi but found out that they can only be made the day before or day of. So I will try again Wednesday.
Posted the story I wrote for the SHarecon zine to ffnet, here: And Zebra Makes Three
or AO3, here: And Zebra Makes Three"
And I sort of figured out how to post on the new Starsky and Hutch archive too.
I also started writing a new story, but I'm not too happy with it. It doesn't seem to go anywhere, it just sits there.
I Skyped the FWiB, and had good time, and I called Oldest Brother and Middle Brother and the Kid.
And that was pretty much it for the day.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. The Kid.
3. Good books.
4. The archives.
5. Starsky and Hutch fandom.
6. Things are progressing towards Thanksgiving.
