Out with friends

silver_chipmunkBut not until late in the day. I got up late, had breakfast and coffee, and got in contact with mashfanficchick. And then I spent a long time on Amazon Christmas shopping. Then I took a shower and got dressed. I called the Kid and talked to her about Christmas.
To make a long story short, I read the new T Kingfisher book for a couple of hours and eventually got together withmashfanficchick and zer mother around 4:30. We went to Rite Aid to pick up my prescriptions. They only had the two anti-depressants, they didn't have the prescription for my cholesterol medication, which I asked at the doctor's website to be renewed back on the 20th. So I am going to have to call them tomorrow.
After that we went and got food, poke, which was very good. Then we went to Target, and I did a little more Christmas shopping there. I have almost everything now, just a few things still to get.
Talked with them about Christmas and Christmas Eve, and made plans. All looks good. They brought me home, and i Skyped the FWiB. At 8:30 I paused and called Middle Brother. who is fine. Then we continued our Skype for awhile longer.
After we got off, I gave the turtle her final shot. I don't think they have helped at all. Tomorrow I'll check when I'm free and see if I can make another appointment for her with the vet.
Called Oldest Brother for the third time, then called the Kid again. Had a long talk with her.
Gratitude List:

6. Boss on vacation starting tomorrow.
