Had another of those mornings

silver_chipmunkBadly. Was almost two hours late. This must stop.
The rest of the day went OK. I got a call from my therapist at lunch time.
After work I went to Boston Market for dinner and then went to my Al-anon meeting. The meeting was small but good.
I got a ride to the bus stop which was nice. Then I came home and gave a little food to the turtle, which she ate most of.
I Skyped the FWiB and we talked an hour. Then I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and then I called the Kid, and we are still talking now.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. The Kid.
3. My meetings and the people there.
4. My therapist.
5. The turtle eating, though she didn't eat when I fed her at 10.
6. Bed soon
