silver_chipmunkWe had a staff meeting at work. I got there on time. The meeting was as pointless as those things usually are.
After that the day was quiet. I talked to my therapist at lunch.
My Al-anon meeting had to be cancelled, long story. So I went tomashfanficchick's and helped zer some more. We had chicken for dinner, and they were able to drive me home.
Emailed with the FWiB but wasn't able to Skype.
Tomorrow, we take the old TV to be recycled, and I decorate the Christmas tree.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Friends.
3. Staff meeting was unexceptional.
4. Bed soon.
5. Good food.
6. My therapist.
Edited to add: Of course I called Oldest Brother three times, and the Kid.
