Helping out

silver_chipmunkGot up at 10 this morning and had breakfast and coffee, showered and dressed. mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up around 11:30 and we went and did ome shopping and got lunch, though I only ate a little since I'd had breakfast so recently. When we did the shopping I picked up another cheap-but-attractive Christmas-decorated serving dish, and a Christmas-decorated cookie tin, both of which will be useful next Christmas Eve.
Then we went back tomashfanficchick's place and cleaned. We had sushi for dinner, and at 8 I tried to have my meeting by Zoom from my phone. I say tried, because by 8:10 no one had showed up. I assume that S was busy, or away, I had tested hom and he didn't answer. But I am a little worried about M.
Anyway, after that we took a break and watched the Christmas special episode of Call the Midwife, a show I have never watched though many people, includingmashfanficchick have recommended it. I see now why they like it, but after 10 seasons I don't feel like trying to watch it and catch up.
Anyway, after that we continued cleaning, and got quite a bit done. Finally they brought me home, and here I am. Sadly the FWiB went to bed early tonight because he got up early, and therefore we couldn't Skype today.
I called Oldest Brother three times and i called he Kid but she didn't pick up.
The turtle continues to eat, which makes me very happy.
