Day at home, evening out

mashfanficchick needed to sleep today so I spent the time doing various needful things around my apartment, including paying some bills and putting up some posters with the poster strips ze gave me. I also ordered myself two calendars for the coming year since I didn't get any for Christmas, a unicorn calendar and a penguin calendar. I also Skyped the FWiB for over two hours. And I downloaded the newest Robert Crais novel, Racing the Light, to my Nook and started reading it.

At around 5:30 mashfanficchick and zer mother picked my up and we went back to zer place. (I had already said I wouldn't be at my meeting tonight.) Mandy arrived for the weekend a little after that, and we went out to Qdoba for dinner.

Then we hung out in the apartment and socialized for a couple of hours. mashfanficchick mad cookies and we had those. Tomorrow we go shopping for New Year's Eve.

I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and called the Kid. Then they brought me home, and here I am.
