silver_chipmunkWork was pretty quiet. I weeded a shelf of non-fiction. We learned that there is a possibility that the boss's boss may be working out of our branch for several months in the future. Not something that makes us happy.
After work I went out for Carvel withmashfanficchick and zer mother. Then I played in my D&D game. We killed a remorhaz, which is a thing like a gigantic centipede with wings that's icy and hot at the same time. Then we found secret doors, and figured out a portal to the oracle, and asked questions.
After that I called Oldest Brother for the third time, and then the Kid, who didn't pick up. Then I Skyped the FWiB for a little while.
I made a cup of decaf and while I was drinking it the Kid called me. We talked for a bit.
And now I'm writing in here. Bed soon and a little reading maybe.
