silver_chipmunkWas a pretty good day. I made it to work on time, barely, just made the bus, but I did. The day was fairly quiet. Not much happened. The Kid called and I had a therapy appointment by phone during my lunch.
After work I went to Boston Market for dinner as usual. Then I went to my Al-anon meeting. The lights were on in the room, and it had started to rain so I thought maybe N, the person getting the key, was early, so I went to the upper door to see if that was open (there were lights on upstairs too). It was open, there was some sort of Lenten meditation program going on, so I went down the stairs to our room.
There was no one there, so I just set up and was starting to Skype the FWiB from my phone when N arrived. It was just us for the meeting, and we didn't have the 8:00 one. She drove me to the bus stop and let me stay in her car till it was time for the bus so I didn't get too sopping.
Came home, and changed out of wet clothing into dry warm fleece pajamas. Then called Oldest Brother for the third time while I made decaf. Skyped the FWiB after that, and had a nice time.
Now time for bed.

5. Chocolate chip cookies brought in by my boss.
6. Today was payday.
