Back to work
May. 22nd, 2023 10:13 pmMade it to work on time, thankfully.
Not much going on. I did some ordering with the summer money I have. I had to ask for help, but I got it done. Still have more to spend, but I've made a start.
After lunch I emailed schools to ask them to have their students sign advocacy letters. Then I did the journaling program, which did OK, 10 kids. some really too young, but I went for it.
After work I came home, called Oldest Brother for the second time, and then Skyped the FWiB. WE talked for a nice long time, then I called Oldest Brother again, and then called the Kid. I talked to the Kid while I made dinner and ate, we had a nice time.
Then I started work on my SHarecon story again. Still having trouble with an ending, but I think I have an idea. We'll see.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. The Kid.
3. Got a req done.
4. Working on my story.
5. Got my annual statement from my retirement system todaywith my projected monthly payment.
6. Roses are blooming.
