silver_chipmunkMade it to work on time. Oldest Brother sounds better and feels better, so I didn't bother calling the nursing home.
Work was pretty quiet and not much happened. The kid texted me and we had a brief confab.mashfanficchick texted too.
After work I went to the crosstown Diner for dinner, since it was payday, I felt like a bit of a splurge. I had grilled chicken quesadillas.
After that I went to my Al-anon meeting, we cancelled the second meeting because of the heat. No one wanted to stay in an un-air-conditioned basement for two hours.
The Kid texted me again while I was waiting for the bus home, which was nice.
Came home and called Oldest Brother for the third time, then Skyped the FWiB. We talked a nice long time.mashfanficchick Facebook messaged while we were Skyping, so I multitasked for a bit.
Got off, fed the pets, and now going to go to bed.
