Road Trip!

silver_chipmunkHere we are in Hershey PA! Got up this morning at 7 and took longer than I should have to get up, but I was ready to go on time. mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up at 9:30 rather than 8:30, but that's OK.
We went to Starbucks, and then got on the road. First we went to a breakfast place in New Jersey, where I had delicious blueberry pancakes.
Then the long drive to Pennsylvania, to Intercourse PA, and Country Kitchen Village or some name like that, where we shopped and got such things as candy, fudge, cheese, and a Christmas present for the Kid. I got some delicious ice cream too.
Then we went to dinner, at a big smorgasbord place, supposedly one of the biggest in the country. I ate a lot. Stuffed really.
By the time we left it was pretty late, and we came to the hotel and checked in. The first room they put us in was over the pool, and smelled very much of chlorine, so we asked them to shift us and they did. We have two beds and a pull out which I'm taking. Fair enough,mashfanficchick arranged everything, zer mother drove all the way, and I'm just a passenger.
Set up the room and my computer, Skyped the FWiB, and will shortly be going to bed.
Only fly in my ointment is that I have been unable to contact Oldest Brother since this morning. If his phone is out of order again, I will be very pissed.
