The nursing home called me at 6:48 this morning to tell me they were transferring him to the hospital. I texted everyone who needed texting, the Kid,

mashfanficchick, Laurie, and John. Then I got ready for work, early, and made the stupid mistake of laying down fully dressed. And fell asleep for about half an hour which meant I was late for work.

At work I finally got a call, not from the nursing home, despite them telling me they would call when he wa moved, but from the hospital. He has been admitted, and they wanted some info.

I called the Kid and I called

mashfanficchick and decided to cancel my meeting tonight and have them bring me over to the hospital to see him. The kid said she'd go too.

I did the Teen Lounge which was really successful today, about 14 teens.

After work we met at 20th ave, and went to the hospital. The Kid met me there. Oldest Brother is about the same as Monday when I saw him, h knew us, and responds but isn't talking. He is awake and aware though. He's on oxygen and fluids and his white cell count is elevated and his electrolytes are off.

We stayed until 8 which was the end of visiting hours, then we stood for awhile at

mashfanficchick's mother's car and talked. Finally the Kid left and we went to Uno for dinner.

Dinner was good, and I even had dessert, tiramisu.

They brought me home and I very briefly Skyped the FWiB.

Now time for bed.
