Posting early

Because I'm getting up at 4:30 tomorrow in order to get to Manhattan by 6:30 to make sure I'm on tome for the 7:00 trip to Albany for the Library Lobby Day.

The day today was mostly good. Last night I downloaded the new Jonathan Kellerman Alex Delaware mystery to my Nook, and read two chapters, so that's good.

Today I made it to work on time, and had a productive morning scheduling April and May programs. Ironic since I plan to be retired in May, but the boss wants me to schedule programs anyway.

At lunch I called the nursing home to try and talk with the nurse I spoke to last week, but was unsuccessful. However, they mentioned that Oldest Brother was sitting up by the nursing station and when i asked to have them tell him hello, they had me talk to him! So that was nice.

Then mashfanficchick texted me so we had a text conversation which was fun.

I did the Teen Lounge and it was very successful, I put down 20, though too be honest I lost count, but I think that's about right.

The bad thing about the day was that the bus home didn't come till after 6:30, so I didn't get home till after 7, and had to wait in the cold for it. But then I Skyped the FWiB until it was time for my meeting, which was very good.

Then I had dinner, and now I'm doing this in order to get to bed early.

Gratitude List:

20 people for Teen Lounge? That seems a lot, from when you've talked about it before. Is it unusual to get that many?
