Belated birthday

silver_chipmunkSlept late this morning and then got up and had breakfast and coffee. Put in a Shipt order, and then went on Amazon and ordered a new phone charger.
After the Shipt order was delivered and put away, I showered and dressed to go out tonight. I actually wore a dress and stockings Then I filled the time between then and leaving for the city by going to the Starsky and hutch creative work session. I finished a 100 word drabble, called St. Patrick's Day, which I'll probably post soon. It was nice seeing people.
At 5:30 I got off and got ready to go to meet the kid and her boyfriend for dinner for my birthday. It was very easy to get to, just the 20 bus to the subway, the 7 to the F, and then walk a little. It was a kosher Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant, and very tasty. I had mushroom empanadas for a starter, and then the salmon mushroom risotto with hazelnut tiramisu for dessert, and two glasses of prosecco. Everything was delicious. They gave me, aside from the dinner, a lovely piece of artwork which I shall hang soon.
I called Middle Brother which I was there, he is fine.
Then I came home, and Skyped the FWiB, after feeding the pets.
And now it's time for bed. No time for reading tonight!
